Terms of Service

1. General Conditions

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary for suspected fraud, unlawful activity, stock errors, abusive conduct, or an obvious pricing error. If we cancel a paid order, we will arrange a refund. Prices and availability may change before an order is paid.

2. Customization Studio & Personalization

We offer personalized items (e.g., custom names and numbers). By opting for our Terrace Customization Studio (+₦4,000 fee), you agree to the following:

• Customer-submitted details: Please check names and numbers before payment. We do not offer a free replacement solely for a customer-submitted spelling or number that we reproduced accurately.
• Personalised items: A correct, non-defective personalised item cannot usually be returned for a change of mind. This does not limit remedies where the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, materially different from its description, or printed differently from the details submitted.

3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

In compliance with the FCCPA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

• Standard Items: Unworn, unwashed standard items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for an exchange, store credit, or refund where required by applicable law.
• Defective Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item, message EliteFits on WhatsApp promptly with your reference and evidence. The 48-hour reporting request helps us investigate courier damage but does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery options include Self Pickup at Oke-Odo Bus Stop, Ilorin (Free), Tanke Area Delivery (₦1,000), Other Areas in Ilorin (₦2,000), and Outside Ilorin / Nationwide Delivery (interstate dispatch coordinated post-payment). We make every effort to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates. EliteFits is not liable for delays caused by our logistics partners, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Billing & Payments

All payments are processed securely in Nigerian Naira (₦) via Paystack. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. If a payment is flagged as fraudulent by Paystack or your bank, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or customer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Nigerian law. Where limitation is permitted, EliteFits is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or were caused by events outside our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
